About Mehdi

Mehdi Daoudi is the co-founder and CEO of RealAnalytica, where he leads product strategy, engineering, and the company's go-to-market for the all-in-one real estate platform serving agents, teams, and brokerages across the Northeast.

Before founding RealAnalytica, Mehdi was a quantitative trader at Citi on Wall Street, working at the intersection of pricing models, market structure, and large-scale data systems. Prior to that he was a software engineer at Freddie Mac, building systems that supported the single-family home mortgage and risk-management infrastructure — a foundation that informs RealAnalytica's deeply quantitative approach to property valuation, comparable selection, and seller-intent prediction.

His academic background sits at the intersection of computer science, mathematics, and finance, and his data-science training shows up across the platform — particularly in RealAnalytica's CMA workflow, AVM confidence intervals, and the predictive-seller models that surface likely listings before competitors see them. Mehdi writes most of RealAnalytica's deeper analytical content on comparative market analysis, real estate pricing, and how data-driven workflows actually change agent outcomes.

He works directly with agents, brokers, and team leads across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut to validate every major product decision against real listing-appointment, lead-routing, and transaction workflows.
